Littelfuse SZ3KASMC TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SZ3KASMC Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes are designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from high voltage and high-energy transients. The diodes feature an improved clamping capability, high surge capability, low zener impedance (overvoltage suppressors), and less than 1ns response time. Littelfuse SZ3KASMC TVS Diodes offer a compact and reliable design in DO-214AB package type and are lead-free and RoHS-compliant. The diodes are ideal for automotive use or in AEC-Q101 applications.
