onsemi NCP189 Low Noise Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators are 500mA devices with next-generation high PSRR and Power Good open collector output. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analog circuits, the NCP189 regulators provide low noise and low quiescent current while allowing output voltages down to 0.6V. The device also offers excellent load/line transients. The onsemi NCP189 Low Noise LDO Linear Regulators are designed to work with a 4.7µF input/output ceramic capacitor.

  • Stable with a 4.7µF small case size ceramic capacitor
  • Controlled output voltage slew rate from 5mV/µs
